Neighborhood Updates

-
Summer is upon us! Please remember that any new or replacement fences, sheds, or other structures require review and approval by the HOA Architectural Control Committee before work begins.
-
To speed up responses, please email board@canvascove.org with the word "Architecture" in the subject line. Please do not submit requests through the contact form at the bottom of this site.
-
-
In case you missed it, the state of Missouri passed new laws around keeping chickens.
-
While the HOA can no longer prohibit chickens, the HOA can set rules governing ownership of chickens. For example, any plans for chicken coops or other structures must be approved by the HOA Architectural Control Committee.
-
The City of Dardenne Prairie also has regulations related to chickens that are still in force. Please click the URL to view the City code: https://ecode360.com/44987978
-
Please note that roosters are not allowed under any circumstances.
-
-
The Board is forming new volunteer committees! If you're interested in volunteering with any of the following groups, please email board@canvascove.org with your name and contact information and the Board will add you to the committee's contact list.
